What is in a song
To make it sound so sweet
The notes they dance through my ears
And out my mouth repeat
I can not remember everything I see
Once the days is gone
Yet for some reason I can not tell
I still can hear the song

The wind it dances through the trees
Who in turn shake with delight
Each leaf holding onto its limbs
No giving up without a fight
As time goes on its way
Each day will come to pass
The leaves will fall one by one
None of them shall last
But once winter releases its icy grip
And paves the way for spring
New leaves will bud out
Alas! The colors they will bring
